down 7.6 lbs. is this great? Of course! It doesn’t matter if you lost 5,10,15. As long as the number is going down not up. Again I’m not letting this number represent the shit I’ve been doing all month. It doesn’t calculate the muscle one builds throughout the process. Does one want to lose more than that? Duh! But you learn from your past eating habits and workouts and switch that shit around.
Again, this month I will be switching up the meals that I eat. That way I’m not used to eating the same thing for breakfast lunch and dinner.
